We recently hired Triage Arbour Care to come and arbour all of the large trees we have on our property. Warren came out for an initial consult and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about all of our trees, their current health and what was needed to keep them healthy and where pruning was necessary. He offered a couple of solutions, which we really appreciated. Two gentleman from their team arrived on the day that was scheduled and were very well mannered, knowledgeable and respectful of my questions and concerns. They were wonderful!!! Warren arrived later to apply a special fertilizer to two of our trees to assist them going forward. Also, all email transactions were very promptly replied to and the whole experience was amazing. We highly recommend the company, a pleasure to deal with. 5 out of 5 in my book.

So happy with the work Triage Arbor Care did for us! Warren and Kayla were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and 100% reliable and made the process super easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to others (have already!) and not hesitate to hire them again.

Pricing was very transparent and competitive, and work was thoroughly completed. The team who performed the work on site was also superb - personable, hardworking and professional. They did a great job removing two trees, two shrubs, pruning others, and treating/fertilizing the trees. Happy to also see they operated with appropriate safely precautions and respectfully of the space and neighbours. When finished, they also cleaned everything up and left the yard super tidy. A great experience for us for sure, and happy to support such a well-run local business!

I recently had Warren and his team trim 3 bushes for me. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were also here within the time stated and worked very quickly to get the job done. Kayla was my contact with emails and found her very easy to deal with. Overall experience was great and would definitely use Triage Arbor Care again!!
